Yay!! Madison is turning one!!

One of her favorite games is to take off Daddy's hat and then try to put it back on.

Madison with one of her gifts, an alphabet floor puzzle mat. She really liked it!

This is Monique, a young girl I mentor through a local volunteer program. She came over and helped me decorate and make lunch. She especially loved helping decorate the cake!

I baked Madison a sugarless banana cake, thinking I would try and keep it as healthy as possible for her. But then I covered it in an inch of chocolate frosting, so I kind of defeated the purpose. She loved it though, as you can tell from the pictures below!
