Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

For Mother's Day, Madison and I drove down to Springs and joined the Van Burens and the Fuller clan for a day at the zoo, since Mike was working. Madison had soo much fun watching the animals. Her favorite was the Budgie Buddies birdhouse, where they fly all around your head and even land on you. She was so excited! Unfortunately, her nap coincided with our arrival at the petting zoo and children's playground, and she missed getting to hang out with Kenna there. Oh well, next time...

Recently, Marsha, Nova, and Kenna came up to stay for the weekend. We had so much fun watching the girls play together! Nova turned 11 years old, too. She's turning into a teenager way too fast!
